The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Cedofeita is an up-and-coming trendy district known for its artsy vibe, with cutting-edge contemporary galleries on Rua Miguel Bombarda. Vintage stores and down-to-earth Portuguese eateries dot the area, along with lively late-night bars and hip cafes. There are also some fantastic concept stores in the surrounding streets, particularly at Rua do Rosário. Nearby Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis, an 18th-century palace, one of the best museums in Porto, has ceramics, jewellery, Portuguese sculpture, and paintings from the 16th to 20th centuries.
If you want to experience Portuguese culture, you can enjoy a Fado show at Casa da Guitarra.
On Saturdays, there are two markets in Cedofeita: Praça Carlos Alberto, and Porto Belo, where you can find great handcrafted souvenirs. The other one is an organic market inside Centro Comercial Bombarda, the only excellent shopping centre in the city.
My home is easily accessible by public transport.
The nearest train station, Carolina Michaelis, is just 3-mins away on foot.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-mins drive from the flat.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This review could be a book
We were very disappointed in this stay. We were communicating with management for the first 2 days of our 4 day stay to rectify the problems.
The location was great but that is where the greatness stopped.
The bed was very hard. There was stained bedding, there were only 2 very poor quality pillows, no dishwasher as stated in the amenities, bedroom window didn't open. I had to wash the shower curtain before using the shower.

Worst Guest Ready Experience ever.
I was not given the code for the lockbox to retrieve the key until I was standing in front of it. Fortunately my phone was charged so I was able to reach out to Guest Ready.
Although the location was in a great the condition of the apartment did not meet a bare minimum standard,
The bed was very hard so I used the 2 duvets that were in the cupboard for extra padding. When I was putting them on the bed I discovered that one of them had bodily fluid stains that had not been removed. The pillow case also had blood on it. Tge 2 pillows were cheap shredded foam IKEA pillows. and the edges of the towels were frayed. The sliding glass window/door in the bedroom would not open. There was no dishwasher as listed in the amenities.. Overall the place was not clean. The Kitchen cabinet doors were not clean and the backsplash wasn't clean either.
The floor in the apartment was highly polished hardwood so you had to keep your shoes on lest you slip. The area rug did not have a stabilizing mat so when you got off the sofa you had to take care to plant your foot or the carpet would slide out from under you.
I would not recommend this place if you want a clean and functioning apartment. I spent 2 days with calls back and forth to get things working to my satisfaction. Guest Ready was good at corresponding with me but I had t planned on spending my holiday corresponding with them.

Porto (guest ready) stay
No clear sign on the door indicating apartment number. Deceptive and misleading. We took a chance and inserted the key on the door that had no number, and, to our surprise, it opened. We initially tried to access the door that indicated the apartment number provided, and were greeted with insults from the occupants. ( arrived 11.00)
The dryer was not cleaned out of the lint. It was filthy and not guest ready.
The remote controls for the TV did not work, had to fidget with the unit to change channels. Disgraceful attempt by the host and Very poor attention paid to being guests ready. Not impressed at all by this apartment.
The Location of the apartment was great.

Convenient comfortable apartment
Great stay but would say to update the instructions to access the apartment. Most travellers will take the lift to 5th floor as they are likely to have luggage. Instructions said apartment was on the right but if you step out of lift with lift to your back you turn right to apartment. There is no name plate on the door at all to identify it. Would be good idea to put an identification on the door.

Warwick Avenue
The unit was difficult to find in the building because there was no identification on the door. We upset the neighbours trying to unlock their doors with our key. The blinds in the lounge were broken and the bathroom basin needs to be cleared out as the water drained very slowly. On the positive side, a very clean unit and the kitchen was very well equiped, a few minutes walk to the bus stops and metro train station and easy to walk to the city, if necessary. We would stay there again.
