Truly novel hotel with very comfortable bed. Great location - 10 min walk from main train station or from metro to airport. Pool looked lovely but we didn't have time to use it.

We really appreciated the quiet comfort offered by Jam, our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Having a record player and some tunes was a bonus. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast each day - great selection of food. Thanks for helping make out stay in Porto so memorable.

Overall we had a great time staying at Jam Porto, the location is excellent with the metro station 5 mins away. The hotel was very clean and beds made daily. The pool area was lovely but we struggled to get a sun bed. The layout of the rooms was unusual and quirky and did mean they were dark inside as the bedroom was located upstairs. The stairs were also very odd, half steps to accommodate the steepness making them feel quite dangerous. There was air-con in the room but it is controlled at reception and the default setting was high, we asked for it to be lowered which it was but wasn’t very effective and it didn’t reach the upstairs bedroom at all but there was at least a fan provided for the bedroom.

This is such a cool hotel! I only stayed for 1 night, but it was definitely the most memorable. Great price, cool decor, very roomy, and kind staff. They have record players in the room and records you can borrow in a music room near the lobby. Lots of spots for hanging out and a nice outdoor pool. It’s not in a very touristy area, but close to the train station and so easy to get an Uber there too.

Staff is very helpful and nice! Everything smooth. AC good, shower preassure terrific. Everything clean. Pool and outdoor area great. Concept is great. My only complaint would be that the rooms are kind of dark and there is no full body mirror. I understand that it’s part of the concept, but having one appropriate place with proper lighting for doing your makeup would elevate the experience and save time. Definitely coming back here! 10/10
