The Neighborhood:
Located near Praça da República, you will be next to the city center, where everything happens! In less than 7 minutes, you will reach the Trindade metro station or the beautiful Avenida dos Aliados. You can get lost in the famous Galerias de Paris, buy whatever you've always wanted at Praça Carlos Alberto, or taste Porto’s most famous culinary specialty: the francesinha.
If you wish to see the other wonders of the city, you will find the metro station just 10 minutes away, with access to several lines.
Around the apartment, you will find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and paid parking.

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.
If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs set at €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You just need to make the request!
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request!
If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.
