If you are looking for an apartment hotel this hotel is a great consideration. Full kitchen we DW, laundry machine and sitting area. Beds are small and the location is pretty good but it’s in an area that is transitioning from sketchy to revived so upon first impression I was concerned but there were no issues. BTW, if you can’t walk up hills and stairs, DON’T go to Porto! Front end staff were great and very knowledgeable.

This was a great hotel - great service, fabulous location, nicely appointed rooms, and a great feel of old and new. Spectacular view. The only challenging part was the parking. There really isn't a space to temporarily park to unload your vehicle and parking is about a 3-4 minute walk. The staff were very helpful to watch our vehicle though cameras while we unloaded and then watched our bags while we navigated to a local parking garage. I would recommend Pipadouro to others.

We had an amazing stay in June as part of our honeymoon. Before arriving we were given a list of recommendations for the city which was fantastic as it was the first time we’d visited. On check in, we were given a map with more help from the reception team with some more recommendations which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for any more! We would highly recommend anyone to stay here

We loved staying here. Our apartment had plenty of room to move around in and had a fully stocked kitchen. We had a nice view of the city and hotel had many sights within easy walking distance. Excellent small family restaurants nearby.

Location was great. Lots of little things need to be improved. Bad start because the door lock would not work. No guidance as to house-keeping rules or schedule. No instructions as how to operate TV, A/C, etc. Need handrail on stairs! Need proper night stands by bed! Why would you feature a “garden” and not cut the grass?

Very nice apartment. Great location in historic Porto. Front desk was exceptionally helpful. Parking was a slight hassle, but understandable for historic region of a major city. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic start right dead center in Porto. Staff was present, helpful and responsive. Pool was cold and refreshing in winter - would be a huge feature in summer. Porto is such a wonderful town and this apartment was perfect for our family of five. And we appreciated the carafe of port waiting for us on arrival.
