It is a romantic and very cozy apartment.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, living and dining room, equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with bathtub and a sunroom.
Parking in a public park 200 meters from the apartment.
Free or paid street parking.

Not so great experience, but located in a good location
Our stay was a mixed experience. Here are the good points:
- apartment was clean & location was good in terms of distance to nearby attractions (restaurants, river walk) in & around old town.
Now here are things which weren't good:
- the owner didn't not provide apartment access information until I had to pester her repeatedly
- the owner was rude to us when we requested a fan as there was no ventilation in the apartment & it smelled weird (because of the mosquito repellent plug-in)
- there is no ventilation in the apartment & no fans are provided even after requesting it to the owner
- we had a couple of restless sleep because of the lack of air/ventilation
- there is just 1 window in the balcony which opens down to the backside of a restaurant, which was a source of constant noise from 4 pm until 12 am daily.
- you need to close the window to cut out the noise but that also means you are going to feel suffocated with no ventilation
- also overnight (after 12am) I didn't feel safe to keep the windows open as anyone can easily climb up from the back of the restaurant into the apartment (I also saw a ladder kept in the back of the restaurant)
- we were given just 2 toilet rolls & towels for our stay of over 5 days which felt restrictive)
- Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Great Apartment!
Don’t worry about the somewhat dingy street, the apartment is beautifully clean, spacious and bright. The owner is a kind lady who met us at check in and advised us what to do and where to go!

A localização é perfeita! Fica bem no centro da cidade, a poucos metros de distância de restaurantes, bares e supermercado. O apto estava extremamente limpo e organizado.

Peaceful, clean, good location
This was a beautiful oasis, conveniently located to the waterfront and Rua Das floral. A warm welcome awaited us from the owner, who was eager to share her knowledge of Porto and she advised us well.
The apartment was well-supplied and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Petit appartement trés bien situé en plein centre historique. Très bon accueil de Petronela. Très propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut à disposition (ménager, serviette, torchons...).
A savoir, aucune fenêtre dans la pièce principale! Lumière par la cuisine de la véranda, qui donne sur une arrière-cour des cuisines du restaurant (bruit et odeurs!!!). Suffisant pour courts séjours.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Porto. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host, Petronela, is warm and friendly and helped us with suggestions and information. Would definitely recommend!

Parfait
Petronela est une hôte parfaite. Disponible avant le sejour pour organiser notre arrivée, accueil chaleureux, de très bon conseil.
Le logement est très bien situé et permet de decouvrir la ville à pieds.
Les équipements sont plus que de besoin. Il n'y a rien à dire tout était parfait et nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau à l'occasion.

A very nice apartment
We had a great stay in Petronela's apartment! It is lovely decorated, super clean and perfectly adequate for a holiday for two. Although it is a ground floor flat, the apartment only faces a quiet backyard. The location is perfect, directly in the old town and close to the river, the bus and train station.
There is only one negative thing to add, which is that the apartment has just one big window, which makes airing a bit difficult.
Petronela is a great host! She is very welcoming and gave us many tips about what to see and do in Porto. An early check-in and a late check-out were possible :)
