THE SPACE
This flat is ideal for those who come for leisure or work. In the heart of the historic centre, next to the emblematic Rivoli theatre, this flat is distinguished by its comfort, modernity and exuberance.

While this apartment's central location allows you to easily get to know the city on foot, there are also several means of transportation available close to the building. From buses to taxis and a metro station just 2 min away, you won’t run out of options to get around.
Distance from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport: 17 mins by car without traffic
-> If you're coming from the Airport by metro: Trindade (metro station with direct line) is 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
-> If you're coming by train: São Bento Railway Station is 8 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
