The good: the front desk lady is very nice and helpful. It's quite inexpensive. There is also on-site parking. The bad: the area around it isn't the best. There's not much to do.If it weren't for on-site parking, street parking is a pain. You have to walk up a flight of stairs, so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared. The ugly: the room is small, cramped, and not in the best shape. No AC. It's also noisy, especially when the garbage truck comes early in the morning.

Accueil agréable. Chambre correcte malgré des traces d'humidité. La salle de bain devrait être améliorée. Le pommeau de douche fuit énormément ce qui annule toute la pression et la porte fatigue au niveau de la fermeture. Depuis la salle de bain, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins et la porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre ne ferme pas. Il y avait des travaux dans la rue lors de notre passage. Il serait intéressant de prévenir le client le cas échéant.

A recepção foi realizada por uma pessoa stupida e grosseira. Pediu silencio quando chegamos no check-in que era permitido o horario. E quando chegamos no quarto tivemos que aguardar o casal ao lado parar com os gritos pra desligarmos a tv. A querida preocupada com o som das rodas das malas. Longe, caro, sujo e pessimo atendimento!

Un hôtel simple à rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Difficile à trouver car l'adresse n'est pas précise. Bon accueil, très bien situé dans un quartier de facultés, proche du tramway, quartier calme. Possibilité d'avoir un petit déjeuner. Le parking ne peut contenir que 3 voitures mais possibilité de parking à côté. Les draps sont changés régulièrement (nous sommes restés 10 jours). Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Amazing rooms given the prize

Ist it outside of Porto? Yes. Are other rooms smaller than ours was? Yes. We had a larger one as we stayed for four nights but the rooms are nice, clean, the towels fresh every day (although we hung them up), the owner friendly and there is plenty of free parking. We walked into town but there is also a bus stop right at the residencial. WiFi worked perfectly. Tiny signs of mold in shower ceiling but we did not mind the slightest. Positive: rooms, although without A/C are not boiling hot.

Per quello che ho speso 25 euro a notte posso solo parlare bene del posto. Se arriva in macchina è ottimo perché è vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e c'è il parcheggio. A 400 metri c'è la metro che porta in pochi minuti al centro. la signora che gestisce è veramente gentile. Unico neo le camere sono poco sonorizzate e quindi si può sentire il vicino. Per il prezzo e se si arriva in macchina lo consiglio
