Very nice apartment in a great Location Everything is near by, not really quiet I recommend earplugs at Night. The Terrace was a little disappointing because it was not quite as shown on the internet. It was a little dirty and bad furniture., but still nice to sit

We arrived to a very damp musty smell and feel. There was a significant water leak in the kitchen running across the counter. We notified them and were offered some towels to clean it up not to repair it.

Horrible construction goes on just next to your wall. They wake you up at 8 AM with the drill and impossible to sleep. I asked them to give me a discount and they say it’s not possible and the unit itself is really nothing fancy there’s no hand soap They don’t clean the room. They only give you the fresh towels every 23 days if you ask and price is high for this property

The property definitely has mold problem. You can smell it when you step in it. The room does not have an AC system. The carpet does not seem clean, so are the bed and the bed comforter. The bathroom shower door cannot be closed tightly. After you take a shower, the whole bathroom turns into a swamp. You must have a pair of slipper for it. The shower pan is very small. The toilet bowl is small. The whole stay experience was quite bad. The review score I remember shows 8.6. I have no idea why it is above the score of 5. I guess I was paying for the area. The room itself just plainly fails. You just cannot rest well with unclean environment. Expedia should take this listing off.

Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist auch sehr freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung gehört aber auch hin und wieder auf ihre Funktion getestet bzw. gewartet. Z.B. war bei einem Sessel die Sitzschale nicht fest. Bei den Vorhängen waren nicht alle Ösen in der Garnische - schaut schlampig aus. Der Teppich war schrecklich.

Bien placé mais logement décevant

Personnel adorable Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre historique de porto. Avantage on est à côté de tout. Inconvénients les nuisances sonores du tunnel à proximité par manque d’isolation des fenêtres. De plus nous avions réservé cet appartement précisément pour profiter de la terrasse mais elle n’était pas accessible car la porte était coincée ! Globalement logement mal entretenu :bac de douche rouillé la porte ne ferme pas donc de l’eau partout. Rideaux en partie décrochés tapis non aspiré….

Bel appartement bien situé au cœur de l’action touristique mais… Mauvais odeur (humidité) Mauvais état ; porte de douche coule, chaises et table lousse, rideaux du salon trop grands pour les fenêtres, carpet du salon très sale. Mauvais service, il a fallu se déplacer à 700m pour aller régler la taxe de chambre, nous avons envoyé plusieurs messages pour avoir des serviettes propres et nous les avons eu seulement à 22h00 alors que nous les avions demandé à 10:00 le matin.

Horrible communication with the owner. DO NOT book this property. We tried to contact them to get into the apartment but never got a response and there was no way into the building without a pin code. We tried to see if there was a front desk when we arrived to help us into the building but there was none. We waited 2 hours in front of the building trying to figure things out.

Location parfaite !

Très bien situé. Beaucoup de marches pour arriver à notre appartement mais ça valait le coup. Double terrasses privatives avec vue sur le douro. Nous y avons même pris le petit déjeuner en plein mois de décembre. Super agréable. Accueil parfait avec liaison permanente via whatsapp si besoin. Seul bémol, deux petits chauffage d appoint trop léger en cette période fraiche. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cheap and central if not mind blowing

The kitchen and bedroom are nice, and the location is very central on a surprisingly quiet street. The bathroom is kind of a problem though. There’s definitely nothing provided as far as toiletries, and the shower leaks like crazy and is so tiny I couldn’t shampoo without constantly banging the temperature knob and either scalding or freezing myself (and I’m short). There’s also no handle on the inside so I had to climb the side to close the door. Because the area is fairly humid there’s zero chance any of the towels you inevitably need to use to mop up the sopping bathroom floor will ever dry. Also the lovely deck pictured in the photos is only available to one apartment, not for all three to use. Also be warned parking nearby is difficult. That’s not a strike against the place but just something to know going in.

Très bon accueil. Disponibilité des hôtes. Logement spacieux. Proche de tout (restaurants, métro, douro, activités, location vélos ). Très bien situé dans la ville....meme trop car un peu bruyant le soir ! (Soir de match de foot européen contre 1 équipe écossaise par exemple). Sinon le ruelle doit etre tranquille en temps normal ! Nous recommandons ce logement

Great place in centre of historic city

I was lucky to have the top apartment, which has access to two roof terraces with wonderful view over the historic city and the river. The apartment is great for all that still can climb stairs (no lift). The kitchen was fully equipped, the apt. had even a washing machine! The staff was very friendly and gave great tips for going out.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We were on the top floor (no elevator), and there was a nice balcony. We also had a beautiful private rooftop terrace which was really nice and unexpected. Easy communication with staff via text. Perfect location, close to waterfront and lots of restaurants and shops (convenience store right around corner was very helpful). Would definitely stay here again!

La ubicación es ideal. El apartamento limpio y más que suficiente para dos personas. La cocina muy bien equipada y la cama súper cómoda. Nos recibieron súper bien y nos dieron indicaciones para ver lo mejor de la ciudad. Encantado
