Hicimos una reserva de un piso en el cual nos dieron la dirección y cuando fuimos a la hora del check in nos lo quisieron cambiar diciéndonos que estábamos equivocados de dirección, pero estábamos en la ubicación que nos habían pasado en el momento de la reserva. La seguridad de que el cliente llegue al sitio acordado y que a la hora del check in no sea necesario acordar una hora concreta de llegada, ya que hay llave electrónica.
