Located in the heart of Sanremo, it is a convenient location for enjoying Sanremo to the fullest into the night.
The room was clean and simple but had everything I need.
However, there is a problem with the staff.
I called the provided number about 10 times, but there was no answer.
Responses to messages and emails were delayed, and I had to resend messages about five times before I finally got a reply.

“This is a great hotel in the heart of San Remo. Spa is newly refitted and the relaxation area / steam room / sauna are high quality and immaculately clean.
The only reason for my 4 star review instead of 5, is that our room was connecting to another and the noise transference is more than we would have liked. In mentioning this to the staff, we were told that our only option was to pay the excess to upgrade to the next category of room. I wasn't angling for an upgrade - just needed a quiet room!”

“Nous sommes restés une nuit dans cet hôtel c'était super on s'est régalé au petit déjeuner l'hôtel est très propre et pas loin du centre-ville et de la plage par contre petit bémol en partant c'était le 26 octobre le monsieur de l'entrée nous a demandé 4 € pour la taxe de séjour alors que du 1er octobre au 1er avril elle n'est pas applicable par la commune ce que nous avons lu sur hôtel com c'est pas bien de faire ça ou sinon tout était super”
