“The property and its breakfast facility was excellent. All the staff that I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable about places. NOT one to ever give a review but I definitely would return and stay in The Jazz Hotel.”

“Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.
Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.
We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.
They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.
