Description: sixth floor with lift of the famous Palazzo Bianchi, in the centre and on the seafront. Breathtaking sea view stretching from the Due Sorelle to Civitanova. The best of Porto Recanati!
Flat consists of a living room with dining table, sofa and single armchair-bed, separate kitchen with dishwasher, double bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower cubicle, balcony with wonderful sea view.
Air conditioning in the living area and split in the sleeping area. Washing machine.
Pets not allowed.
The price includes:

- water, electricity and gas consumption
- 24-hour on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- provision of bed linen and towels for all beds in the house
