Location: Situated in a quiet residential area just 50 meters from the sea, close to the historic center and all essential services.

Description: newly built three-room apartment located on the first floor of a building. Entrance to a bright living room with dining room with balcony and comfortable equipped kitchen - living area with single sofa bed - bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with French double bed - bathroom with shower. Apartment equipped with washing machine, air conditioning in both the living area and the sleeping area and Wi-Fi connection. Pets not allowed.



Self check-in - via box with keys for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

Advance payment by bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.



The price includes:

- rental

- water, electricity and gas consumption

- 24-hour on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning

- the supply of bed linen and towels for all beds in the house
