"The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor."

"O hotel parece ser bem novo, porém o quarto que me ofereceram número 117, tem diversos problemas. O banheiro não tem box, apenas uma parede de granito como divisória. Até aí tudo bem, porém o piso foi feito com queda pra dentro do local onde fica a pia e o vaso sanitário. Então o banheiro alaga todo, e eles tem tanta ciência que deixam até um rodo pra você ficar controlando a água enquanto toma bsnho(ridículo). O quarto possui cama confortável, porém o ar condicionado pinga bastante água dentro...
