Breakfast was very good. The hotel is right across from the beach, which is fantastic; however, crossing the street can be tricky during high traffic hours.

I love the hotel staff. They were super friendly, communicative and willing to help. The pool bar has great food and drinks. We liked it all so much that we decided to pay the late fee to stay up to 4pm. Only negative is that the beach in front of the hotel is not proper for swimming, but they say that a popular beach is 20min walk on the sand. We took an Uber to better beaches further north.

Atendimento nota 10. Quartos limpíssimos e banheiro impecável. Café da manhã é o tradicional e atende perfeitamente ao esperado. Hotel super bem localizado, frente à praia e cinco minutos do centro de Porto Seguro. O aeroporto é próximo e não demora mais do que 10 minutos para chegar.

Estou sem palavras para descrever a experiência de serviço e hospitalidade vivenciada neste hotel. Localização impecável, instalações superam as expectativas em termos de qualidade e seletividade na escolha dos materiais (tinha até toalha Altemberg). Chegamos em Porto Seguro por volta das 12h, não só anteciparam nosso check in, como levaram nossas malas até o quarto. Tivemos outro pedido excepcional que foi guardar as polpas que trouxemos de outra cidade, eles não só atenderam, como conservaram no frigorífico do hotel em segurança. Minha mãe chegou a se emocionar com a impecabilidade do atendimento e estrutura desse hotel. Hospedem-se SEM MEDO!!! Será a melhor escolha.

Ótimos dias no hotel

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã excelente e com vistas para o mar. Foram ótimos dias hospedados. Sentimos falta da piscina ser aquecida, de ter um lugar de lazer (algo para fazer com a família quando não está passeando, como sala de jogos, por exemplo). Em um dos dias, não houve o serviço de camareira, parecia haver apenas uma funcionária no andar e não conseguiu suprir a demanda. No mais, tudo excelente.
