Good Hotel

The common areas are the main highlight of the hotel, with an oceanfront location, a large deck overlooking the sea, and bungalows in sunbathing areas. The pool is also good. However, the room, at least mine, deserves some attention and refurbishment.

Awful, bad service, bad food, very disorganized

The resort is very disorganized. I arrived late for the check in due delay with my flight. I was exhausted already and when I went to the reception it was only one person there and he asked me to scan a QR code and do self check in but the browser never worked and after many tries he decided to do my check in, then he informed me that I had to pay for the full amount of the room since I had an email with the reservation confirmation saying that I had put a deposit already and only had to pay for remaining balance when I arrive at the property. I showed him that but he did not care and kept telling me that I should provide proof of payment and I told him that was the proof of payment. He let me pay for remaining balance as I forwarded the reservation confirmation to the hotel and he said that he was going to talk to his manager and let me know in the next day. We came to our room tired and just want to take a shower, grab something to eat so we could relax and get some sleep but he kept calling the room asking me to go to front desk to present a photo of my credit card statement to proof the payment of the deposit. I told him that I could not access my credit online statement because the internet of the hotel wasn’t working and he had to wait until the next day so stop to bother me. When I left the room to have dinner he kept sending me message on what’s app. I’m very pissed 😡 and upset

O quarto é muito bom, somente a janela do banheiro que estava quebrada e ´diante desse fato, muitos pernilongos. A porta tb do banheiro poderia ter uma fechadura. A equipe é muito boa, porém na parte da manhã, as conversas na parte traseira do quarto são muito altas e acabam atrapalhando o nosso sono de descanso, como também as arrumações no quartos superiores. Quanto ao restaurante, estava tudo caminhando bem, cardápio maravilhoso...até o fatídico dia do Carré de Cordeiro, estava congelado um pouco menos da metade do prato.... Foi prontamente estornado da minha conta. É um lugar maravilhoso ! Mas merece um pouco de atenção.

Foi muito bom! Superou expectativas. Funcionários solicitos e educados. Comida do restaurante é sensacional, com certeza um dos pontos mais altos do hotel. Praia boa, mar é tão bravo, só tem muitas algas. As crianças se divertiram muito! Quarto confortável. Só ajuste da água do chuveiro que demorava um pouco pra chegar na temperatura ideal.

Excelente pé na areia em Arraial D'ajuda

Hotel pé na areia na requintada praia de pitinga. Restaurante excelente com peço justo. Café da manhã variado com produtos de qualidade. Minha suíte no térreo, com ampla vista do mar e das piscinas, e de facílimo acesso à praia. Funcionários dedicados e atenciosos. Falta resolver a questão das TVs dos quartos que não funcionaram adequadamente. Seguramente o melhor ou um dos melhores hotéis de Arraial D'ajuda

Cozinha e pessoal são bons. A área tem um paisagismo muito bonito. Mas Wi-Fi muito ruim e estrutura para crianças precisa melhorar muito. A piscina precisava ser aquecida. Ou seja, precisam investir na estrutura geral para da mais conforto e comodidade para os hóspedes.
