  • Villa completely renovated and decorated with care on a plot of 2000 m², located in the heart of the Marina Di Fiori in Porto-Vecchio. 600 metres from the beach and 900 metres from the shops. Beautiful 180° view of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio and the old town, spacious terraces with a heated infinity pool equipped with a submerged roller shutter and perimeter alarm. The land has a large garden with portico for children, petanque court and magnificent rocks typical of the island of beauty.
    Inside you will find 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on 3 half levels, 3 of which have a sea view and Wifi access. Table football, video games, laundry room, safe that can hold a laptop.

    PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
    - A concierge service will welcome you and will be at your disposal during your stay.
    - Allow 330 euros on site for the final cleaning carried out by professionals. 2500 euros deposit will be requested on arrival.
    - Bed linen is included in the rental price. You can choose additional options such as towels, beach towels, baby cot with extra charge.
    - For everyone's comfort, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
    - The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
    - After 10 p.m. parties are not allowed, noise pollution is prohibited out of respect for the area and the marina.

Highly recommended

We were two families and enjoyed our stay here very much, the view and pool are marvellous, the house is super equipped and the communication went smoothly. Porto Vecchio and the surrounding beaches added to the overall holiday feeling.

We hadden hier een zeer aangenaam verblijf. de villa is werkelijk zoals beschreven en zoals op de foto’s in de advertentie . Het terras is enorm groot, het zwembad is zeer mooi en aangenaam van temperatuur ( ondanks een paar relatief koele dagen en veel wind) De keuken is zeer volledig uitgerust met moderne kwaliteitsapparaten. We hebben 2 keer de Plancha van de buitenkeuken gebruikt, echt top !De villa ligt in een zeer rustige wijk. Buiten op het terras hoor je een beetje het verkeer van de grote baan , maar is zeker niet storend. Tijdens ons verblijf waren ze in het huis naast ons wel op de feestdag en op zaterdag aan het renoveren, wat soms wat lawaai gaf. Op minder dan 10 minuten stappen kom je al aan een bijna privé strandje waar een een prima restaurant is. Bakker en Auchan zijn ook maar 15 minuten te voet, dus heel gemakkelijk. Op de parking vn de Auchan vertrekken de kleine elektrische stadsbusjes (gratis) die je tot in de haven of de oude boven stad rijden: heel handig als je gaat uit eten. Fanny, de host, is heel bereikbaar en antwoord zeer snel via de chat functie in de VRBO site. Carole, je lokale persoon, is heel bereikbaar voor je kleinste vragen en gaf heel wat interessante tips over uiteten, bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Séjour parfait ! La villa est très bien équipée, rien ne manque ; que ça soit en cuisine ou pour ses installations. La vue est splendide, la piscine bien chauffée (indispensable en ce début de mois de mai). Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und es fehlte an nichts. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Pool ist perfekt und wurde täglich genutzt.Wir haben die zwei Wochen rundum genossen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen

Séjour d 1 semaine fin avril 2025

Une villa au top, ou tout a été étudié pour y passer un bon séjour. Avec enfants ou pas, des espaces prévus a tous. Si je devais y donner un p tit point négatif, ce serait le manque d une barrière (côté terrasse) lorsqu il y a des enfants en bas âge. Une gestion au top et tjs a l écoute avec des intervention immédiate si Besoin. je recommande sans problème.in

Villa sublime

Villa au top. Fany, David ainsi que Carole sont toujours resté joignable du debut à la fin. Une vraie bulle de bonheur dans un environnement magnifique. Je recommande cette villa les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons.

Belle villa moderne et épurée, belle vue mer de la terrasse avec piscine à débordement, équipement complet, climatisation uniquement dans les chambres (c’est pas plus mal si les locataires ne ferment pas les portes). Seul bémol, difficile d’aérer sinon les portes fenêtres (sans OB) claquent avec les courants d’air. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble
