「The room is comfortable and perfect for one person. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, a downside is the lack of a lift to the room, so light luggage is recommended. It would also be an improvement to have a desk and chair in the room.」

「It was a great stay at Queens Road, the host was welcoming and very knowledgeable to assist with the area. The room was clean, tidy and had a lot of amenities. If you want a check in with minimal contact this is a great way to do it. The venue is also great if visiting people at the hospital and the university. It is so close by.
