「Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.」

「Best of Both Worlds
Founder's Brook looks like a 1950's motel village but looks are deceiving. The setting is lovely, beautifully maintained grounds with flowering plants and picnic tables. The units are nicely updated and immaculate with AC, TV, mini fridges, microwaves and Keurig coffee makers. It's a very well-run operation with a welcoming staff.
The location is great, about 2 minutes from the Route 24/138 exit. Newport and beaches are less than a half-hour away making a Portsmouth stay a...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. 」

「Excellent communication with the host. The house is nicely set up for a vrbo, clean, thoughtful, decluttered set up. We appreciated bedding and towels being provided. Safe area. There was space for four adults and two dogs. Friendly service in local establishments.We enjoyed easy drive to Newport and easy 35-40 minutes to Providence」

「No pets on this trips. Found some great food and very cute “boutique” home decor shops nearby. House was beautiful. Beds were cloud comfy and we all slept great. Decks on every floor. Roof top deck was perfect for pictures and star gazing. The elevator was a bonus feature for us, as we had our 90 yo mother with us. With a bedroom on the main floor, she had everything she needed all on one floor. Management team was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Check in was exactly as stated and very easy....

「Beautiful home with lots of space on the river. I loved paddle boarding in the morning, and the kids loved throwing rocks in the river and playing pool. Beds are comfortable and amenities- cookware, towels, soaps were good. There’s a corner store and grocery store nearby. Communication with host company was quick and easy. We’ll be returning:) 」
