“We stay in Hampton every summer, and this was one of my favorite places we’ve rented. The property was clean, updated, and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cleaning supplies, paper products, and plenty of utensils and plates. The beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and large, fluffy bath towels are provided, along with beach gear on the front porch.Brenda and Marc were extremely responsive, even when messages came late at night or while they were out of town.……

“This was a beautiful property only 6min away from the beach! It was about a 10min walk to the boardwalk. It was definitely the perfect location.”

“The location was awesome..a short walk to beach, shops, & restaurants. We had a parking spot in driveway which was a plus. The host Gary was a great guy and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. My husband Bill, dog (Ben), and I had a fun 4 night stay in Hampton Beach.”

“Very clean, quiet community setting. Pool and location were great. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again to come back!”

“Great place to stay, host was very responsive and friendly. Property was clean, really well set up and would go back!”

“Beach view and access is amazing and can’t be beat. Room was clean and parking is as described. Each space is labeled with the number of the cottage you are staying in so you know which space is yours. The loft bed is really sized for a child. Don’t plan on an adult sleeping there. Host communication was great and we did not run into any problems. So thankful for the A/C unit which kept the room very comfortable for sleeping at night.”
