We had a lovely stay at Lenscape Coterie! The front desk team was amazing—welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. The hotel was clean, and the warmth of everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The one area that could use improvement is the service for hot breakfast orders. On our first morning, we waited about an hour and ultimately had to leave for a scheduled tour before our meals arrived. We experienced a similar delay the following morning. Although we were seated first in the smaller breakfast room, our order was taken after another table’s, and guests who arrived later received their meals before us. Our food came last, after roughly an hour. Better coordination of breakfast orders would make a big difference, especially for guests with morning plans. Despite this, we really appreciated the wonderful hospitality and cleanliness. The front desk team deserves special recognition for making our stay so welcoming!

From the second when arrived to the moment we left, the staff were nothing but helpful and accommodating. The views from the room were spectacular and the rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast on the terrace had a wonderful view of the river. Everything was a quick walk and accessible to most of the top tourist locations. 10/10.

We had the 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Excellent location for us as it is situated in a side street a few minutes walk from the river. Great choice of tapas bars and restaurants close by. We had great support from the team who look after the property. Prompt responses for any questions we had. Our apartment was fully air conditioned, has WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. Really useful over 5 days. Nice little touches, supplies of toiletries, dishwasher tablets and good quality detergent for washing our clothes. Apartment was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be visiting Porto again, one of the most beautiful cities in the world with super friendly and helpful people. Thank you for a super time

Very well located, however be careful when opening the trunk of the taxi to get your luggage (sloped).. the elevator is slow, but very stable.. Breakfast next door is amazing.. wine bar is awesome !!
