「This property and the cabin were an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. We slept well and enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings. Big bonus for me were all the different birds I heard and saw, including a flock of cedar waxwings that kept us entertained for 2 days, constantly swooping over the pond to catch tiny insects. 「If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!」

「Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean.」

「Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!」
