Cozy Country Get Away Suite with a view of the Enchanted Mountains

If you're passing through town on your travels or a local looking for a private get away, this is the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. You can sit by the fire, look across to see fireflies in the field or tilt your head back to have an amazing star-gazing experience on a nice clear night. A one of a kind property to make memories with friends, family, or for a special romantic get away. Access to 93 acres with trails to walk or mountain bike on, fields to wander through and wildlife. We have tree swings for the kids on property and your own personal fire pit that can be used during all 4 seasons.

Some of the best places to go to within a 15-30 minute drive; St Bonaventure University, Allegany State Park, Seneca Casino, Ellicottville for Skiing or dining, Rock City Park for hiking and nature walks, Pfieffer Nature Center, Kinzua Dam, Olean downtown for shopping and dining, Four Mile Brewing for local brewery and more.

Other places to go within 30-90 minutes away; Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Zippo Case Museum, Letchworth State Park, Stony Brook Park, Watkins Glen State Park, Rochester, etc.

This cottage is a gem! I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The host was exceptional, the cottage was very clean, and it was easy to get to. I highly recommend staying here!

Cute fun and comfortable cottage in beautiful setting!

Check in and check out so easy. The hosts are very helpful in minimizing the checkout process. I really appreciate that. It was exactly as stated on Vrbo and they responded to any and all email and make themselves available while you are there by text if needed. I love the lighted drive and cute touches. Perfect quiet setting nestled near the mountain. Nice solitude and can see deer out your window.

Cutest tiny house ever

This is seriously the cutest place and was perfect for 2 people. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The nicest touch to this place is that the owner has a guest book for her guests to write in where they are from, recommendations, and vacation memories. That is such a neat touch that I have not seen any other owner do. It was interesting to see where others have traveled from to stay at this location and what they enjoyed in the area. If we are ever in that area again we would most definitely rent this place again :-)

This cute location is perfect for a quick getaway! We stayed here because we had a wedding to attend in Olean. It’s tucked away so it’s quiet but close enough to not be far away from civilization. The location was relatively clean and everything we needed was right there.
