「Very accurate to listing. Property was perfect for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend and dogs. Beautiful views even in snowy weather. Lisa is AMAZING!!! We had a small accident and she replied and came to help very quickly!!! Could not have asked for a better weekend! Town of Wellsville is beautiful as well. 」

「We had another wonderful stay at the cottage and truly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere both inside and out. The space had everything we needed to stay comfortable and cozy, especially with the weather in the teens, including great internal temperature, fireplace and bedding. The snowfall made it even more magical! Can't wait to return again. Thank you so much! 」

「Sweet cozy cottage with an amazing host!! The property owners were more than accommodating and very sweet! The hot tub was huge- great for relaxing. On the day of checkout the husband and wife team made a spectacular home cooked breakfast and were so nice. I would absolutely recommend this property and I will definitely be going back! 」
