"Great location and a lovely place to stay. Very powerful and hot shower which was nice. The only thing that was somewhat bizarre was you get no big towels to dry yourself after a shower, only a couple of ones about the size and consistency of tea- towels! In over 35 years of travelling, I have never not had proper towels in my room!"

The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they provided us with fresh towels and bottles of water every day. There is also a small breakfast available at the property, which was a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay. It was our first time staying in a traditional Korean hanok, and it made our visit to Gyeongju even more special. We absolutely loved the experience and, if we ever have the chance to return, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊"

I also want to mention that my husband lost on of his headphones in an obscure hole under the vanity in the bathroom and the staff went out of their way to retrieve it. We had lost hope but they somehow managed to get it out for us. So grateful"

They walked me to my uber as I was leaving and made sure the driver went the right way. I said I was not too hungry for breakfast and yet I ate the whole thing. Stay here. They are the best. "This was absolutely amazing! We felt like we were in an architectural digest home. We loved having our morning coffee in the garden, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast (bread, butter, jam, orange juice) and fresh fruit available was great. Especially the pear! The home has good air conditioning and a tv with Netflix if you want to watch something while you’re here - we didn’t because we enjoyed the relaxing pace of the home. We feel very refreshed staying here after a chaotic couple of weeks in Seoul. This was the perfect getaway! The hanok is a quick 20 minute walk to the downtown area with tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops. It’s a 20-30 min drive to the famous Buddhist temple. We loved the proximity to all the key sightseeing opportunities! We would absolutely stay here again."
