The room was not properly cleaned—there were clothes left behind in the wardrobe from a previous guest. The WiFi was extremely weak, often unusable or completely unavailable. “Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing ”
