「Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. 」

「I came here for a show at Howard theater, which was super convenient. The area is super fun with so many bars as the perfect place. Tons of nightlife easy to get to u St.
Metro is just a block walk. Everything was perfect from check-in. The team was super friendly and I will definitely be back. 5 star and more if I can

「The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.」

「The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful.」
