A 1h de l'arrivée, je prends contact avec la propriétaire qui m'annonce que le logement est déjà occupé et qu'elle ne travaille plus avec Abritel( elle aurait pu s'assurer que son bien n'était plus réservable sur le site!...)Le service client Abritel, contacté, prend acte, annule et rembourse la réservation mais aucune obligation de relogement ne leur incombe. Donc, après un voyage de 800 kms, débrouillez vous pour trouver de quoi vous loger pour 5 nuits!
