"Staff were exceptional! My room was a cave, but it did need some work to freshen it up. All the drains were very rusty, my hot tub had a fair amount of dirt in it, and my bath mat had a stain when I arrived. The room was a tad warm, but the unit that was for heat/air had a broken power button and nothing appeared on the screen, so I couldn’t control the temperature. I’d have hoped, for a property that said luxury, that it wouldn’t have had these things that needed freshening. An explanation about needing to press a button to get hot water for the shower would also have been helpful!"

"We had a wonderful few days on this property. The cave house was very clean and fit three people well. Location is beautiful and it’s walkable to many stores and restaurants. Maria the host was a great communicator and we had no issues with arranging transportation. "
