About this property

LE Calme Dans UN Ecrin DE Verdure

  • In the heart of Lomagne, between two small villages in the Tarn-et-Garonne countryside, lies this property with stone buildings that were fully restored about ten years ago. <br>The main house, built in the Gers style, is occupied by the owners. An outbuilding has been converted into a comfortable, fully independent 115 m² residence. It has private access and parking. The terrace of this house faces south/southwest and overlooks a 1-hectare meadow dotted with a few fruit trees. In the shade of the walnut tree, the covered terrace features a granite barbecue. A few steps provide direct access to the steps of the secure 5 x 12-meter pool, offering a soothing view of the surrounding countryside.

Fantastisch verblijf
