"A lovely, cosy Alentejo style cottage situated in a rural area surrounded by vineyards, cork and olive trees. Everything was as described in the listing and the local property manager was lovely and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. "Nos alojamos dos noche y la verdad es que estuvimos muy bien. Sitio perfecto, limpieza absoluta. Muchos pequeños detalles que gustan: bolsitas de agua caliente, botiquín, botella de vino de obsequio, a la cocina no le falta un detalle, colchones estupendos. La única pega es el baño, el suelo de laducha resbala, la taza del váter de mueve y la mampara también se sale. Pero tiene hasta calentador de toallas!"

"We loved this home. It was clean, had all the amenities and located close to the centre of town. The pool and courtyard was exceptional. We spent all our spare time there. "We like our holidays to be peaceful. This place is perfect. The only sounds are the birds and the run of the pool's waterfall. The facilities are excellent, lacking nothing. "Staying in Monsaraz was magical, and this property added to that feeling. Very spacious and clean. Jose was a great host and a fantastic communicator (in English). One tip for those staying in off/shoulder season (we were here in March) - there are very few/no food options open in Monsaraz on Mondays. This goes for the town outside the walls and at the base of the hill."
