「The room is clean with new appliances and nice towels. It is right on High St, across from campus, and I booked it because it is within walking distance of my daughter's college rental house. I loved waking up and walking to any number of coffee shops and breakfast spots. Walking home from the bars and restaurants is a plus too. Saved me from needing a rental car. This was exactly what I wanted and the price was great. The owner is very communicative as well. I would definitely book it...

「The immediate property/bldg looked like a vacant crack den. The bed is located at the front door. the pictures in the post, as well as the text of the post are misleading at best. Upon entering the first time i was appauled. contacted manager and offered to forfeit two nights stay as long as they refund the other half to me. that seemed very fair. POSTING IS A GROSS MISREPRESENTATION OF ACTUAL. THERE SHOULD BE CONSEQUENCES WHEN THIS TAKES PLACE. OTHERWISE HARDWORKING PEOPLE GET TAKEN...
