Fun Family Vacation!

Absolutely had a great time. The house was lovely, big, and so inviting. Loved the location and the pool table, along with the hot tub we enjoyed each and every day. Love the club house and pool. We will be booking again.

Beautiful home, perfect stay but...... the resort fees!

This is a beautiful home and we had a perfect stay with no problems. We were not happy with the last minute add on fees (resort fees) that cost us another $600 for the 3 night stay. VRBO should have included it in the original charges at the time of reservation.

Birthday Weekend Relaxation

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property at Brasada Ranch! House was clean, kitchen was large and open, lovely view! Hot tub was a plus. Property Manager was very easy to communicate with, and as very responsive to questions and requests. Was glad to have king beds in all the rooms. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was with the towels… very few kitchen towels available (we really enjoy cooking meals together when we are at Brasada), and some of the white towels were very stained/looked dirty. May be time to update some of the bath towels. We had a wonderful stay for my husband’s fortieth birthday. We loved the outdoor furniture — very comfortable! We would love to stay at this property again!

Great Stay FIRM mattresses

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home in Brasada Ranch. It was well appointed, but the beds were uncorfortably firm (for our stay 5 adults one teen) and some of the amenities were broken, even though brand new (trundle bed, can opener). The house was spacious, and the sunsets/views from the deck and hot tub were amazing. We had a rattlesnake roaming through the yard, and asked for help removing it, but the management was not able to find someone immediately. No one was hurt, but if you have small kids, or want to leave the garage door open while playing pool (which was great fun) be careful!

Great Stay

A beautiful, well-appointed house with everything you need. Loved the open concept so everyone could spend time together in the central part of the home. Particularly enjoyed the connection to the Bresada Ranch for the pools and amenities!
