The front desk employee is really rude and unfriendly. He should just quit if he doesn’t like his job. Terrible breakfast. I ask the same rude guy at front desk about waffles. He looks at me mad and said 5 minutes. After more than 5 minutes he showed up grab an old container of waffles butter out in the fridge almost 1/4 full left. Serve it to us. 😢

The manager did upgrade me to a king and a queen when I was crying because I was so upset to not have even a cot for my son. He claimed it was an issue with Expedia. Expedia claimed it was my fault because the itinerary said 2 queens but i picked the one with 3 beds in the picture. Then I made sure i requested in advance that I get the extra bed or cot just in case there was any confusion. This wasn’t a problem at any other location. It was very clear what I needed and I was told the picture was for advertising. I don’t believe that. I get shown 3 beds when that’s what I need or order. I get shown 2 when that’s what I need or order. It’s deceitful.

Management worst than ever experienced. Switched our room after first 2 days to accommodate his friends and then charge us extra for new room. Advertised breakfast don't exist. The front desk clerk was not accommodating at all. Had to book multiple rooms throughout our stay instead of having just one room. Disappointing Experience Our stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham was disappointing. The room did not have a microwave, even though it was clearly listed as an included amenity on the website. When we brought this up to the staff at the front desk, the person we spoke with was rude and dismissive, even going so far as to suggest that we could stay elsewhere if we weren’t satisfied. This kind of attitude was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome. We expected to receive what was promised in the booking details and were let down by both the missing amenities and the poor customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
