The property is well located with ocean views, however overall the buildings and grounds are rundown and in need of refurbishment. The room was clean with good bedding but a little tired and outdated, lacking a 2nd mirror and plug ins for cell phones and Fitbit watches. Fabulous currently refurbished restaurant with nice BC wine selection and great food. Regular continental breakfast lacked a selection of fruit but offered complimentary very good lattes.

Desk staff was excellent. Views were fabulous. Fish and chips wonderful. Direction to leave keys in room when checking out confusing as we needed the key to activate elevator! :) Better lighting in bathroom would be nice. And rethink having expresso/longo machines in room. Should have option for regular coffee. Stayed 1 night. Will stay again.

We had to wait 30 minutes to check in. The elevator was broken. We left an item there and contacted them to retrieve it and they did not get back to us with dimensions for puralator and would not mail it either. Cement hallway. Balcony view beautiful and fabulous restaurant.

What a beautiful location. Our Deck off our room had a beautiful view of the Ocean, Mountains and Texada Island. Our room was large and comfortable. Amenities are a few steps away -Bistro, Restaurant and Liquor store are attached to the building.
