If it’s cold you can sit by the windows and enjoy the beach just like you are on the balcony. Imagine 2 perfect lounge chairs on the balcony so you can relax and just enjoy the ocean. 「The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint.
