“We liked the spaciousness of the condo. It had everything we needed, and was comfortable and quiet. Loved the view of the trees from the balcony. The condo was in good shape, but the furnishings could do with an upgrade; some of the furniture was pretty shabby. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied. ”

“Had a great stay here. Loved watching the river and fishermen. Quiet location with a rural feel but close to everything in Branson. Very comfortable renovated unit. Two things to be aware of, the stairs to the unit aren’t as easy for seniors and the turn at the shell station is not marked real well on the pavement and kind of dangerous, make sure to follow signs that say stay right.”

“Loved the privacy and the quietness of the place. It’s in a great location for everything we had planned to do. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we missed was the convenience of a hot breakfast on site like hotel chains have. Having to wait in line for 30-45 minutes for breakfast isn’t fun. Fortunately Cracker Barrel is just across the street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat !”

“My husband and I and another couple stayed at Sunset Hills in cottages next door to each other, Reflections and Cozy Cottage. We were in Reflections. It was a perfect getaway. The property and grounds were very clean and well kept. We loved the private fire pit and hot tub. The pond was too cold to get in, but we had fun watching the fish. My only complaint is they did not provide hair conditioner, just shampoo and body wash. I also wish they had a full length mirror for the ladies who want to……

“We enjoyed the condo, great for a small family to enjoy the adventures of Branson but still feel out of the chaos. It's nice to have the ability to do laundry as you go. Recommended for any small group to getaway.”

“Great property. The downstairs bathroom is very tight where the shower and toilet is. But overall, the bathrooms were clean. The water did have a funny smell on the first shower, but cleared up after that. We still used jugs of water from the store to cook with just to be safe. Had some issues with the door lock, so we contacted the property owner and it was handled efficiently. The directions on the Vrbo app took us to the wrong building when we first arrived But we were able to find it after……
