TOTAL RIP OFF- STAY AWAY

Very disappointing, nothing like pictures. Difficult check in and out process, off property to pick up keys. Took 30 min there and back in traffic. ZERO hospitality, rude careless staff personal. TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. Small old uncomfortable mattress and pillows, long cracks in all walls (see pics)"continental breakfast" is a joke with 1 egg 2p bread 2 cheap sausage and a couple tomatoes -$10/person!!!! Weak WiFi, had to restart router twice. No view from balcony, some neighbors windows across the street and some traffic below. Only good thing is that Old town is few minutes walk but not much excitement there either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! GET A HOTEL

Very pleased

I liked the location. It is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars. All the amenities I needed were available. When I didn't go to restaurants I could go to nearby grocery and cook my own meal. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay.

Homely Apartments Poznan Stay

Lovely clean apartment. Perfect location for visiting the main sites in Poznan. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay here again in future. Helpful and friendly staff as well!

Super lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Miejsce ogólnie dobre jednak mniejsze niż na zdjęciach, apartament potrzebuje małych prac remontowych... (odpadająca farba) wykończenie łazienki. Apartament nie jest tez dobrze wyposażony w przyrządy kuchenne. Piękny i duży taras jednak nie można było z niego korzystać ze względu na brak miejsc (mebli) do siedzenia-tutaj duży minus. Zbyt wysoka cena w stosunku do standardu.

Ren, pen og moderne leilighet. God seng på soverommet. Raskt svar på e-post ved spørsmål. God info med epost om koder for dør til bygg og leilighet. Bra beliggenhet når det gjelder severdigheter og spisesteder. Vond lukt fra sluket på badet, og manglende dusjforheng. Det luktet mat i hele leiligheten når de lagde mat i andre leiligheter.

Very comfy stay

I really like the room and the design. It has fashionable furniture and everything seems quite new and in good condition. If you want to cook here, they have almost everything you would need!

Great bells and whistles

Apartment was situated in a building dedicated for apartment dwellers. The apartment was in phenomenal condition and was pleasing to the eye. Most of the beds were pullouts or convertible chairs so the comfort level was not ideal in the hot apartment. Communication to the host was wonderful and easy. We were provided several emails between booking and checkin. Just prior to checkin, an email is sent with a youtube video on the facility, and all passcodes to WiFi, front door lock, and room lock. Garage was a great add-on in a safe and security facility connected to the apartment.

Great Apartment!!!

My husband and I stayed here for one month and it was wonderful! Apartment was extremely spacious with a balcony. They provided everything you needed to make you feel at home including dish washer tablets, shampoo, washing detergent, and even coffee! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook and they were very good with cleaning. Wifi was extremely fast and reliable which was a huge plus for us. Bathroom was large with a great shower and they provided enough towels for our stay. The owner was very nice and responsive with any questions we had and provided us with anything we needed. Location was also superb as it was only a 5 minute walk to the Market Square and there was a convenient store located right outside the apartment along with a large grocery store 2 minutes away. This place was perfect and we will definitely be staying here again when we return to Poznan!! Thank you for a wonderful one month stay!

Great for the value

I never stayed in a apartment in another country before this, so I didn't know what to expect. Here is a list of things I hope is helpful to anyone from the USA or anywhere wishing to stay here. I will consider staying here again on my next visit pros: Looks great Decent size privacy stove/oven washer refrigerator balcony parking garage cups/forks utensils available closet space iron w board internet Cons: Smell upon arrival shower water will get on bathroom floor/MUST USE TOWELS T.V does not get a signal Things to know/help: There is no check in desk. There are NO SIGNS (took us 35mins to find) It would be a smart idea to leave the garage remote in your car for your stay. In a good location next to Old Town. Everything must air dry. Bring your own soap/ tooth paste/ bath towels ect. Note to manager: Signs would be a huge help to first time visitors. Bathroom could use more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. T.V signal would be great or at least mention that it doesn't have one in the description.

Fin central lägenhet

Jättefin nybyggd lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter. Nära till de flesta sevärdheterna. Flera stora gallerior i närheten. Vi kom sent på kvällen men incheckningen gick smidigt via koder till port och lägenhetsdörr. Bra kommunikation. Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse.
