The hotel turned out to be closed! When we arrived, it was dark but the front door was open. After waiting for some time and ringing the bell at the reception a couple of times, a lady appeared telling us that the hotel was closed. That's all she had to say. No excuses whatsoever. She waited for us to leave and then locked the door. Very strange and bad experience!!

Aufgrund Corona war es schwer abends etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. Das Personal organisierte auf Wunsch Pizza. Absolut top! .... Komme definitiv wieder. Kaffee zum Frühstück wie überall in Polen 1A.

Noche horrible por musica y escándalo

Llegué por viaje de trabajo a descansar una noche, decian que tenian restaurant, lo cual si tienen pero no estaba disponible porque estaba reservado para una fiesta privada, y toda la noche fue horrible sin poder dormir por el escandalo y la musica de la fiesta hasta las 4 de la madrugada. Una experiencia horrible. Jamás vuelvo a este hotel, un engaño y falta de respeto, deberian notificat que tienen fiesta privada, si lo hubiese sabido antes hubiera desde luego escojido otro hotel

Nie wiem kto i po co sobie narysował 4 gwiazdki, bo nie ma to nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością. Pokój był w słabym stanie- stary. W łazience wąż od prysznica lał dziurawy i woda lała się wszędzie (to chyba sprzątaczka powinna zauważyć...). Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne i nie przystające do współczesności (jak np. kawa rozpuszczalna w termosie)

Der Urlaub im Lavender Hotel war wirklich super. Vor allem die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten ander Straßenbahnstation und dann innerhalb von 20 Minuten mitten im Zentrum von Posen. Ein Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und ganz nach dem Motte "Lavendel" eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war super (habe selten so ein sauberes Zimmer vorgefunden) und das Frühstück war auch total in Ordnung (das frisch gemachte Rührei ist besonders zu empfehlen). Lediglich ein paar mehr deutsche Fernsehsender wären schön, das kann man jedoch nicht erwarten und durch etliche Streamingdienste gibt es da ja auch mittel und Wege.

ein kleines, aber schönes Hotel. Zur Innenstadt etwas weit. leider keine deutsche Auskunft, auch an der Rezeption nicht. Sehr sauber, aber leider schließt die Hotelbar bereits 21.00 Uhr. Da ist man kaum an Ort und Stelle. Die Küche und das Frühstück sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Leider nur RTL und RTL2 als deutsche Programme

Czysto i spokojnie, ale bez rewelacji

Lokalizacja hotelu nie w centrum, ale za to jest cicho i spokojnie. Cena niewygórowana jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy ze śniadaniem i parkingiem. Natomiast według mnie, nie jest to hotel, który sprawia wrażenie 4 gwiazdkowego. Oczywiście porównuje w tym momencie ten hotel do innych 4 gwiazdkowych, w których się zatrzymywałam. Pokój dosyć mały, ale czysty i wszytko ok. Łazienka poprawna. Chociaż dozowniki oraz płyn w nich się znajdujący znacznie poniżej oczekiwań jak na hotel o standardzie 4⭐. Obsługa hotelu natomiast na plus (szybko spełniła małą prośbę o dostawę napojów do pokoju). Śniadanie bardzo średnie, nie dość, że wybór dań mocno ograniczony, to ich jakość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Natomiast na plus było przygotowanie jajecznicy na indywidualne zamówienie.

Was not a great experience. The employees were rude. There isnt an elevator and the location is sketchy looking. Glad we only stayed one night. The pictures look alot better than it actually is.
