DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND BUILDING:

This modern building is located in a very attractive location, where the comforts of life are combined with proximity to nature and urban conveniences and dynamics. About a quarter of an hour's walk from the property is a picturesque lake - an ideal place for a morning jog or a relaxing stroll. The greenery surrounding the body of water is conducive to active recreation. For shopping and entertainment enthusiasts, the shopping mall located opposite the property offers a wide selection of stores and eateries, as well as a cinema. A grocery store can be reached in 7 minutes to conveniently stock up on needed products. It takes only 9 minutes by car to reach the market square with its beautiful architecture, which impresses with its atmosphere and is an ideal place for social gatherings. At the same time, you can reach an extensive water park. Only an 11-13 minute drive away are additional attractions: a zoo, a bowling alley and a tennis court. The surrounding area also abounds in picturesque green spaces and parks, which encourage walking, cycling and other outdoor recreation. The railway station can be reached in about a quarter of an hour, while the airport is less than half an hour's drive away. Another advantage of the property is the platform available to motorized guests in the underground garage hall, where there are two parking spaces. Bike racks are also located in front of the building.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

This stylish apartment offers comfort and elegance in a modern style. It is designed for four people. The unit, with its subtle decor in shades of beige and gray, is an excellent choice for parents traveling with children and friends planning a trip together. The first bedroom is a space equipped with a comfortable double corner sofa bed. There are also cabinets, a television and a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals. The whole is complemented by a coffee table, creating a functional space for relaxation. The second bedroom has a double bed to offer. The cabinets here provide optimal storage space, and the subdued colors of the interior add to the coziness. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can quickly prepare meals and snacks. There is a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, kettle and dishwasher. Each appliance has been carefully selected to provide visitors with a high level of comfort in using the equipment. In the bathroom, a dryer, a set of towels, a washing machine and a shower await guests. In the hallway there is a capacious closet with a standing clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Relaxing outdoors is possible on the furnished balcony overlooking the greenery, which is ideal for morning coffee.
