Location was excellent close to beach and esplanade market superb breakfasts very hospitable hotel. However Wifi was quite poor. We were on the 7th Floor. Bathroom extractor fan did not work. Limited desk space very limited cupboards space for personal items.
The bed was hard. You can hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. Masks required to enter breakfast room. Thb 500 charged as key deposit. Property is old and run down.
Super clean room. Beautiful property.
The staff are great, always so friendly and quick to help, if needed. I stayed 10 days here, on holiday, and will be a return customer.

Ok hotel, breakfast not free (Hotels said free)
We booked a standard room that, on Hotels, said "Free breakfast for 3 people". When we arrived there was only breakfast for two people. Not the biggest deal.
When booking the hotel we specified 2 adults and 1 child. The standard room showed up as a fit. When we arrived we would have to pay for an extra bed. We used a twin room and pushed the beds together so we could fit.
Pleasantly surprised by this place. Spacious, modern rooms and very friendly staff and a really lovely breakfast. In centre of town and 5 min walk to Friday night market which was a great experience.
It is a hotel with friendly staff, excellent customer service , clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. The location is perfectly handy for night markets, shopping, restaurants, the beach, the train station. Ourboverall stay was delightful.
Spent one night here after a long day on the road. The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Room is fairly basic but still nice - a simple clean room was what we needed and received. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant - cheap and cheerful. Continental breakfast included a candy bar and several cook-your-own waffle stations - one of us isn’t destined to be a waffle chef 😂
Our second stay at this lovely hotel and service was even better than the first time we stayed..We had the Junior Suite for 4 nights and couldn’t be happier. The best hotel in town with great service to go with it.
Best hotel in the heart of Prachuap township. We had the junior suite once again for our second stay at this establishment and rooms are very comfortable with everything you’d wish for.
Situated in the heart of the city, everything is readily accessible including convenience stores and souvenir sweets shops. The hotel restraurant has a vast buffet breakfast menu for everyone. I hope they extend pool hours longer, though.
Check in was very smooth and simple although they speak very little English but hey, we’re in Thailand. The room was very clean and tidy.
We stayed here for a week and had a great time.
Spacious room with comfortable bed, great amenities too. Good food selection for breakfast both western and Asian. Location close to beach and restaurants.
The hotel was very nice and modern, the staff were friendly. It was located in a good area not to far from the sea front. There’s a little cafe bar on the sea front, it’s nice to sit there and watch the world go by.
This hotel was represented as if it is in Hua Hin. It is not.. it is good 96 kms ahead of main Hua Hin City. Khiri Khan is an Air force Base of Royal Thai Air Force. Scenic, idyllic town but bereft of any action beyond 6 pm. The Hotel is recently renovated centrally located property.
Many fellow guests were equally disenchanted as they discovered that this is way ahead of Hua Hin. They have just one operational restaurant with not so great food. Even Thai food was way off mark from the one you normally get at even the small eating outlets in Thailand.
The rooms are nice and spacious, in fact we had a junior suite for ourselves. Our request to meet Hotel Manager Aria went unattended as the staff always claimed that she was in a meeting. We forego our one day advance payment made to go to Hua Hin and then onwards to Bangkok.
Overall a boring experience with a clear malafide intention to first misrepresent the location and then not deliberately meeting the customers to prevent unpleasant questions from them...
Was very impressed with this hotel for a 3.5 Star. Would stay here again if in Prachuap City. Hotel is receptionist said 4 years old. Looked new. Very well looked after.
If you say you are a grand hotel and have clogged bathrooms it become grand clogged bathrooms! We do not like the hotel at all. Bad vibe. Staff not polite and do provide extra bed for the kid, when we have stated and pay in the booking for the child. Not good pool. Bed hard as a wood. Not our type.
Very comfortable modern hotel with great breakfast buffet near the pier in Prachuap. Ten minute walk to the monkey temple. Problem for me was the pool. It is long enough for lap swimming, but definitely too shallow. Clearly not designed for swimmers, ok for kids.
Great easy stay. Close to train and beach ( less than 10 min walk). Helpful staff . They try very hard though English is limited.clean tidy and good value. Helped me hire a scooter which was delivered with 2 helmets in less than 10 min for 200 bht a day. Great breakfast . Overall I can't fault it. Perfect stop over while travelling by train for a few days. Airforce base and the langur monkeys are a must !!
An excellent, clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of good local restaurants on the seafront, a five minute walk fro the hotel
Went during the low season, hotel was quite empty so they gave me one of the better rooms on the top floor. Location is great, 10 minutes walk from the train station and another 10 minutes walk to the 400m pier, great for catching the sunrise! There is also a 7-Eleven located 5 minutes away, great for late night snacks since the town is kinda quiet at night.
Room is clean and tidy with simple furnishings.
Near the end of 3 months work/ travel in Asia, every day check in to another hotel and then we find Prachuap Grand Hotel. Excellent friendly staff, lovely modern rooms, restaurant and lobby and for the first time on this tour, not one faulty item. Excellent value for money, good breakfast and the hotel designed to give all rooms a decent view. As for the town and markets, perfect quiet location.
New hotel in town, short walk from Railway Station, next door to police station (safe location!). All good generally, breakfast OK for a Thai hotel - but don't expect full English or American breakfasts.
Near tbhe bus station but away from the beach about five minutes walk. Modern and new. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast nothing special. This could be vastly and easily improved at little cost. Serving precooked Luke warm eggs is not what you would expect from this grade of hotel. Need to set up a cooking station to cook eggs, waffles and pancakes. They have the staff present to do this. Most currently standing around doing nothing.
We originally book for 3 nights but ended up staying 7 nights. It was a goof walking city. Many tourists rode bicycles. The locals are laid back and pleasant. A very nice city to holiday in.
We were pleasantly surprised when staying in Prachuap Kiri Khan. The locals are friendly and relaxed. Food prices are very affordable and everyone rents bikes or motorbikes. Motorbike taxis are common. No local taxis. The hotel is close to the train station and close to the ocean. A lovely picturesque spot.
There is not much in the immediate neighbourhood, even thought the town is small. It all depends on what you are looking for.
It is a short walk to the beach, but if you want the seaside experience, you may want to try a hotel on the beach road.
If you want a nice new roomy clean hotel, this is the place to be.
This is a rural town in thailand, so don't expect the staff to be strong in other languages.
