Overall great experience. Tv didn’t work day 1 and there was an extra tv on the floor in the kitchen area. TV was fixed day 2 which was great, but extra tv stayed on the floor in the unit. Other than that, it was a great stay for sure.

This place was awesome! So close to the Old Plaza and Astronomical Clock! 5 min walk from the Palladium Mall which is very modern and also has a large variety of stores. Every morning we would just wake up and walk out and immediately had a choice of coffee or restaurants to go to. Also the in unit clothes washer came in really handy to wash jeans, sweaters, etc. We used the oven to make pizza one night when we wanted to stay in. The king size bed was excellent! Really happy with the property and communication.

I tried to contact by email on arrival as there was no hot water! We were given 2 towels for a three day stay also tried to contact by phone for fresh towels but no contact on either occasion! Also no iron !

No check-in desk, but the contactless Check-in was pretty easy but unless you have European calling capability the only way to communicate with the desk is by email. A live chat feature or texting feature would be great.

Great property (Appt 24 - Amadeus). Easy access with no need to check-in / obtain keys (access is via a PIN or YourKey app). Very clean. No air-con, but stand-up fan provided was more than sufficient. Easily walkable to the Town Square, Charles Bridge and other sights.

We had a very nice stay here with our 3 kids. It felt safe and close to literally everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We walked to many historical sights right from the apartment. Metro trains (2 minute walk) took us everywhere else.

Really nice if you focus on the place itself
A lot to go through, trying to be fair. The place is lovely, we had two main issues. One it's not their fault: we had stayed at a different hotel the previous nights in Prague (a really nice one for a lot less money) so the comparison was hard to avoid. The other one was a far from ideal customer service, I checked out of the other rooms 11am, was ready to head to this one around 1.30 to make sure I had time for everything and wanted to have all the info before heading there... but nothing. Really hard to get answers via email, taking forever, I had to call three times, hard to reach them... not convenient at all. Once we got here, yes, the place is nice, spacious, with kitchen and laundry, room upstairs, and the best part waiting another set of stairs up, in the little terrace. We did not enjoy it much as we had to leave early the next morning. The main reason I booked this one was for that view, for our final night of our vacation, and the view is really nice indeed. When I put it together with the cost of the place, the challenges of the check in process and getting the codes and all, not sure it is worth it for one night, maybe not that terrible (cause the place is nice) if you are going to stay longer. Btw, location was pretty good quiet enough in spite of being walking distance to old town, the room and bathroom nice, pillows great, etc.

Convenience to old part of Prague, close to everything of historical significance and, after a couple weeks in hotel rooms, these apartments were a blessing. Clean, secure and quiet. All one could ask for, I wish I could have stayed longer and I will choose them again if my journey leads me back to Prague!

Loved the apartment it was spotlessly clean. I would suggest having 2 pillow covers on the pillows regardless if there is only one or two people sleeping in the bed. The street outside can be noisy especially if you are a light sleeper but it wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Convenient and Safe Apartment
We were so impressed with the apartment we had. Everything was so well thought through in particular the safety of entry with our PIN code and entry via the lift. Vicinity to the old town square was so amazing, only a short (less than 5 min) walk. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The K.Capek loft was spacious and the rooftop was spectacular. The kitchen feature was nice. The code system to access the property was easy and straightforward. The location was great - very walkable and a lot around.

The location is great and the apartment equipped very well. Clean and easy to use. Kitchen and washer really helps for travellers. The only thing I misunderstood is the roof top - I thought it accessible for all guests but actually only certain unit can use that. It should be amazing good to sit there to see the city. Anyway, I am totally satisfied with the living there. Love Prague.

This is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you need a big more space than a hotel room provides. We had a good sized 1 bedroom apartment. The beds (including the sofabed) were comfortable and the linens were nice. It is very walkable to many of the local attractions and you can see bits of historic buildings out your window. It feels very secure because there is an exterior door that is locked at night. Like most places, it doesn't have AC and it was pretty warm (late June.) All of the windows open and we had a fan. The decor was nice, but not overbearing and the kitchen was well equipped. The only drawback is that our apartment faced the street and sounds really echo in the narrow lane- voices, drunk youth, trucks, etc. It's not bad with the windows closed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and think it's a great option for anyone who needs some extra space.

Great location of apartment, 3mins walk from Old Town Square. Only nuisance was noise from surrounding apartments, tv wasn't receiving any channels and keypad was temperamental and so we needed keys to access the apartment.

It was not good. The communication was terrible. The accommodation was not at all how it was shown to be. I expected to use the common spaces like the terrace that was promoted in the ads but I was told there is mo common area to use only after arriving on the second day. There was no information regarding the wifi and I received it after calling multiple times and leaving a message on the next day of arrival. This meant I could not use any internet during half of my stay period. I could not use or access the shown common space at all - I don’t know why is it promoted via pictures on the ads. The room was not how the pictures showed. It was small and lacked the space and sophistication shown in the pictures on the website. Overall, I am very disappointed with what I was offered. While the stay was okay, the communication with the reception was terrible. But I see a bigger problem with Hotels.com as you promoted something different from what I was sold. I would appreciate if you could refund or credit the stay at least partially.
