We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is not far from the city center (a bus stop just 5 minutes walk around the corner). Very happy with everything. A room ( we had a classic double) was beautiful: stylish, clean, spacious enough for 2 with a little balcony. The hotel is located in an old building with the thick walls which I found beneficial because we didn't hear our neighbours at all. Housekeeping service was daily and very good. Breakfast (buffet) was repetitive but tasty: everybody can find something for themselves . The only thing that I found different to the UK hotels was that you have to pay extra if you want to leave your luggage after check out for another few hours at the reception. Overall it was a very good experience . I would definitely come back again.

It's the third time we stayed at this hotel and overall we really like it.Location is somewhat far from the nearest station but we're ok with that. It was the service and the attitude we received this time that surprised and disappointed us.I will skip the inconvenience upon arrival that forced us to change rooms twice within 12 hours.... Upon entering the 3rd room that was convenient (more or less) we noticed that both the mini bar and the phone are not working. I went down again to reception (phone not working..remember...) informed , and was promised it will be taken care. 24 hours later when asking again I was told that this is a mini bar and it's designed only for chilling and not for cooling... Now, it so happens that I spent the last 40 years in the refrigeration and cooling industry so I'm more than capable to know if the mini bar is cooling or not and this one was definitely NOT!!. No harm done, it's only a mini bar and as said the overall hotel is quite nice and comfortable. We concluded our 5 nights stay and moved to a new hotel in town where the mini bar is working. The telephone if you wandered was not fixed as well. I just hope someone in the hotel will read this and do something about it.

I had a great stay at the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced and even includes a free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in the new town

The hotel is located near metro stations (Metro C, I.P. Pavlova) and tram stops. Rooms are clean and luxurious. There is a wide choice of breakfast options. If you accept the price, it is one of the better options.

Good, quiet location within easy access to the centre. Quick and easy check-in and checkout. Rooms were spacious and clean, and as described. Heard little to no noise from surroundings and the heating worked well to warm the place up and dry the towels through the day. Breakfast included in the price offering a range of cereals, breads, hot foods and drinks. Housekeeping came daily however the replenishment of towels and tea/coffee needs to be more regular as none of ours were replaced in a 4 day stay. Hotel was accommodating on a double bed request however the sheets were too small and not for a double bed so kept moving loosely. Bed was comfortable enough, just a bit of a creaky frame.

Tutto perfetto,la ragazza della reception è un amore.La pulizia impermeabile a 10 minuti della stazione Pavlova della metro.Se devo proprio trovare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto tantissimo era la collaborazione, ripetitiva quella dolce. Belles photos mais sur place moyen.

Avec les photos cela donne l'impression d'un logement luxueux mais cela est très simple en réalité. La literie n'est pas terrible, surtout le deuxième lit qui n'était qu'un lit pliant (vraiment pas terrible). Au niveau petit déjeuner, il y a pas mal de fruit et légume et du salé, sur le "sucré" surtout du pain, pas trop de viennoiserie. Quand nous partons le service pour garder les bagages est payant en espèce (1€ par bagage, un sac à dos et aussi un bagage), j'ai trouvé cela très moyen. Il n'y a pas de commerce à côté.

They had several pictures that I thought were pictures of the hotel but I didn’t see any of them when I was there the beds are really hard and the location from hotel to downtown was misleading I thought I was booked right downtown but it was pretty far over a 30 min walk.
