its in a great location very close to the old town but in a quieter street with lots of lovely cafes and amenities within a minutes walk. Very friendly and helpful staff and we had a lovely spacious apartment on the first floor. The only minor thing is there was no small table to sit around so if you are planning self catering then there is a fridge and microwave and coffee machine and kettle but that's it . BUT with cafe-cafe next door serving delicious breakfast and many others cafes within a very very short walk and all sort of bakeries and a Tesco near by then really you don't need to be cooking indoors. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location!

This small hotel is centrally located in Prague. Good: location, cleanliness, space, reception was very helpful. Not so good: no elevator, very limited reception hours, power went out in our apartment for no reason which was put back on by unplugging some of the appliances.

Great place for families!

Overall, great experience! Large apartment, location for walking around the city is ideal. The staff was extremely helpful. I contacted them multiple times about checking in and parking and they responded quickly and with easy to follow directions. We arrived early as well and they let us right into our room. They even booked a show for us one of the nights we were there. And the 7euro breakfast was delicious, eggs, meat, cheese, rolls, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. well worth the price. Overall a great stay. We will be back!

Maybe the unit I stayed in was different from other units which could be much better otherwise it is difficult to understand the high rating. We lived in a stuffy attic. Ventilation was poor. The walls were dusty as we found when we tried to place the sucking hooks on the wall. The lift door failed to work properly several times. The receptionist was friendly though and the location was excellent.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kon goed uitleggen wat waar te doen was in de stad en waar je op moet letten. Prachtige kamers. Prima bedden, grote badkamers, erg fijn dat er eem grote woonkamer was. Werden goed schoon gemaakt. Goed ontbijt. Was een uitgebreid onbijt vergeleken met restaurantjes in de straat. Perfecte locatie. Ligt echt midden in de stad en alles was goed te bereiken.

PERFECT location for a quick stay- center of town!

The hotel was amazing, perfect location-- two minute walk from the town square and near all shopping areas. I have nothing bad to say about this place, it was super clean, the bed was large and comfortable, a full functioning kitchen and a bathtub! The only negative for me was that it was too cold in the apartment, I had to request an electric heater which the receptionist brought to me so quickly. I would stay here again for sure!

FANTASTIC!

Absolutely FANTASTIC ! Sergey at the reception is so kind and did everything to make me feel at home. I had a wonderful standard apartment on the top floor with a nice kitchen and huge living room. Bedroom was just the right size and very cozy. Thanks to the location I was able to walk anywhere within minutes. Prag is a gorgeous city that offers great restaurants, shopping and culture. The Christmas season is especially nice but it’s a city worth going all year round.

Rien à redire sur cet appartement, nous avons passé 4 jours sur place. Tout est accessible à pied et la situation géographique de cet appartement nous a permis ces longues randonnées sans utiliser les transports publics. Un petit supermarché à 20 m nous a aussi permis d'acheter le minimum pour le petit déjeuner et les restaurants sont suffisamment nombreux aux alentours. L'appartement est vraiment spacieux (nous étions au 3e étage accessible si besoin avec un ascenseur) et à cette époque un peu plus fraîche de l'année, nous avons même dû baisser le chauffage ! Merci aussi à Serguei à l'accueil pour sa disponibilité.

Nice cosy apartment in city centre, recommended!

Had a great stay, location is perfect on a quiet street in the town centre. Everything is within 5-15min walk. Very friendly staff and apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was a issue with cistern in the double bedroom but everything else apart from that was spot on. Breakfast was very nice too.

Good apartment; noisy at night

Conveniently located apartment in Old Town Prague. Very good for families. Only downside is there is no air conditioning, so it can be very hot during the day. If you leave the windows open at night, there is a lot of street noise which can be bothersome. It was especially challenging on weekends.
