This was a perfect location in the city for us. We averaged 5.5 miles walking per day. The publuc transportation is very easy to use (and free for seniors.) We will return!

Room was excellent, finding the desk at another location was unexpected, wouldn't have happened without directions from another guest. Desk staff was incompetent with English language, had to ask three times to get questions responded to correctly, overall would recommend bc location and incredible breakfast selections

Great place

The apartment was lovely, very close to Charles bridge. Lots of shops and restaurants around. I was surprised there was no kitchen. Only a fridge. You have to collect the keys from a near by hotel. That hotel also offersxa nice breakfast for 11 euros. We were really pleased with our stay.

Free welcoming wine

The room was cleaned to our satisfaction but they would not provide clean cups for water and coffee daily. We had to wash them in the sink. They gave us two large sparkling water bottles and one red wine as a welcome gift, which we loved. Beds were comfortable. Check in was fine but I arrived early. The man (older) at the front desk was very grumpy, borderline rude, definitely not welcoming. After that, we only met nice and friendly people at the front desk.

Brilliant 4~nights

Excellent, we will be back and introduce to all. Super clean and good quiet location within all embassy High ceiling with firm bed and thin pillow, suit us great Everything is perfect in Prague Just that two men thieves wearing black last evening when we walk to nearby Vietnamese restaurant for dinner, my backpack was unzipped and they stole my beloved earphone line, so sad. Beware, visitors.

Police/locals did not know where property was and kept pointing me in wrong direction. It’s very hard to pull luggage on cobblestones, especially hill. After you find hotel, you still have to go to another hotel to pick up keys. When mentioned situation to reception staff, was VERY unsympathetic. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had a rough time finding the place and having to carry my luggage around. Just saying a kind word to show empathy would have gone a long way. Instead, she was rude and disregarded my feelings or experience. The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The fact that embassy is across the street with police presence, made it feel safer. Picking up keys at the hotel on top of the hill is awful. No concern over travelers with luggage.

This place is great for a few nights stay. It’s very well located, right in the heart of the Prague historic quarter. It’s a bit of a walk from the main Metro station, but Uber and taxis are all over. The place is old, and has a very tiny elevator, so better use the staircase. Be careful because check in is in another hotel, only 4 minutes away.
