The Space:
This whimsical attic retreat spans two floors, blending quirky charm with practicality. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom crowned with a statement circular bed invites rest under sloping wooden eaves. Downstairs, unwind in the sleek bathroom’s deep bathtub, whip up meals in the compact yet well-equipped kitchen (with dining nook), and relax in the sunlit living area featuring a fold-out sofa bed for extra guests. Large windows frame views of a neighboring building’s hand-painted façade—a canvas of pastel hues that adds artistic flair to your mornings. With its clever layout and playful details, this space feels like a hidden storybook chapter in the heart of Prague.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, full bathroom, and living room. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and cookware. The apartment also features a dining table, comfortable beds, and essential amenities like a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. You'll also find complimentary shampoo, shower gel, bed linens, and cleaning products for a comfortable stay.

In order to access the flat you will need to complete an online checkin. The link will be shared automatically few days before your arrival. During this mandatory procedure, you will be filling up the police registration form, paying the tourist tax required by law and authorize a security deposit. The security deposit will not be paid, but only authorized and the authorization will be automatically reverted few days after checkout. All the above mentioned steps are mandatory.

The Neighborhood:
Located on picturesque Zborovská Street in Prague’s Malá Strana (Lesser Town), this flat immerses you in the city’s fairytale charm. The area is a UNESCO gem, dotted with Baroque palaces, cobblestone lanes, and hidden gardens. Just a 5-minute walk to the serene Kampa Island and the Vltava River’s promenades, you’re moments from the iconic Charles Bridge (10 min) and a scenic 20-minute stroll to Prague Castle. The neighborhood brims with cozy cafés, traditional taverns (lokál), and artisan boutiques, while the lively John Lennon Wall adds a splash of modern creativity. By night, lantern-lit streets and riverside views create a storybook ambiance. Trams and metro access make exploring effortless, but the magic lies in wandering this postcard-perfect district on foot.

Getting Around:
From Václav Havel Airport (PRG), take a 35-minute taxi ride (approx. 700 CZK) directly to Zborovská 19, or opt for public transport: Bus 119 to Nádraží Veleslavín metro station, then Metro Line A to Malostranská, followed by a 5-minute tram ride (lines 12, 20, or 22) to Hellichova. From Praha hlavní nádraží (main train station), hop on Metro Line C to Muzeum, transfer to Line A to Malostranská, and take the same tram to Hellichova—a 25-minute journey. The flat is a short 3-minute walk from the tram stop, nestled on a quiet street with its signature painted facade. Detailed directions and transit tips (including ticket apps) will be provided for stress-free arrival!

Other Things to Note:
Once the booking is confirmed you will be required to do an online checkin which will include the registration of all guests with the Authorities, the payment of the Tourist Tax and the authorization on your card of a 500€ security deposit, which will be automatically released a couple of days after checkout.
