The location of the hotel is just wow. All essential attraction are walkable and market square is just 200 meter away. The staff is really nice and helpful. I will highly recommend the hotel. Don't buy a long public transport ticket as you won't need it.

The best hotel in Prague
Highly recommended staying in Dolce Vita suites hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and very quiet.

great place to stay in Prague old town.
location is good. old town square, a lot of restaurants/bars, supermarket, metro, are all in 10 minutes walking distance. room is clean and spacious for two people. washroom is a bit narrow and small. this little hotel is very well managed. no doubt they are highly rated in many travel portals. receptionists are all very polite and helpful. I would stay again for the high price/quality ratio.

Hotel was in a fab location. Staff where very nice and hotel and room very clean. Stayed in room 310b unfortunately the central heating wasnt working in the room, we where given controls to air con unit which we set to heat but the room was large and the unit just wasnt enough to warm the room up. Lighting very poor in bathroom very difficult to do youre make up in there. No mirror or dressing table in bedroom. The tea and coffee tray had no milk and was not replenished the whole stay. The jacuzzi bath didnt work and the shower cubicle was very small. Its star raiting is to high i would rate as 2 star

As well, we are thankful for all kind words about our staff! At the same moment it is a pity to hear that you had some inconveniences in your room. During check in procedure we always ask our guests to say us immediately about all the problems they have. It would give us a chance to solve them and make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. We could help you with heating, because after switching it on in all the rooms it is getting warmer in 3-5 min maximum. Unfortunately, in the room there is no full height mirror, but we have it in the corridor just in front of room you stayed in. In all the rooms we have standard set of coffee and tea, but if you asked, we could provide you with milk also. About jacuzzi, we checked it and it is working properly. Excellent location and staff, very clean, funky room. Unfortunately, bed was too firm, door latch broken, stairs sketchy, and walls so thin that it seemed my drunken neighbours were in bed with me. So, fine place to stay but some problems.

Location is excellent downtown within walking distance of all tourist attractions but a little bit off the beaten path. Girls on front desk were outstanding from a service perspective.

I like the fact it is accessible to everything. Shower was blocked the first time and dirt coming out of the drain. Luckily the receptionist is still there and she lent us a pump but I have to do it myself as there is no more maintenance during the time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but the ceiling was sloping. Half of the room has very low ceiling, only 4-5 feet high, so you really have to your mind. We’ve our head bumped few times. The hotel should have put a sign ‘mind your head’ and wrap up the wood with foam so that it won’t hurt too hard even if we bump against it.

The staff were very accommodating and gave us a gorgeous room that was perfectly up to standard. It was very comfortable with super strong AC, which I loved!

Dolce vita suites are a wonderful hotel rooms are large and spacious. Soft comfortable bed. Has both aircon and heating. Great location right central to all, walking distance to everything. The hotel breakfast has all that you want for breaky. Staff and cleaners are fantastic. No faults with our stay love this place.

After a 13 hour flight to Europe the last thing you want to do is have to lug your luggage up a rickety flight of stairs that’s about 2 feet wide. Then, getting into a freezing room was not enjoyable either. Then, the teeny tiny moldy shower was the least inviting thing I had ever seen. And the coffin sized tub was just as moldy and uninviting. The construction and power tools going on in the room next-door was also very unpleasant. The cheesy corner mart packaged junk food in the Mini bar was not desirable. The lack of concierge was completely inconvenient. The two twin size beds that they shop together to make a quasi-queen size bed was not appreciated.

But in our defense we want to say that Expedia says that our hotel is located in a historic building, for this reason the elevator works only within the first two floors. With the help of a thermostat, you can adjust the comfortable temperature which suits you and within a few minutes it will change to your chosen one. Our minibar includes: -croissant -pretzels -chips -waffle -chocolate -juice -coca-cola -still water -sparkling water We are sorry that you did not find a suitable snack for you. Connection of two single beds, in turn, is a very normal practice in hotels as large as ours. Anyways, we hope you will come back so we can prove you that was just misunderstanding. The hotel was easy to find. The room was clean. However I booked a room with a jetted bathtub. When I arrived at the room I was disappointed to see that we had no bathtub at all, only a shower. I spoke to the lady at reception who said the hotel was fully booked. The trip was a gift to my boyfriend for Christmas. It was sad to see that our room was not as expected and nothing was to be done about it.

Dolce Vita Suites is a 2 star motel masquerading as a 4 star boutique hotel, be forewarned. The washrooms had molds and was unclean with hair in sink and shower. What really got me fuming was the 2 towels they left on the bed, they were old, ripped with holes and bleach marks, absolutely unacceptable even for a 1 star motel and very disrespectful to the guests! Breakfast looked horrendous. Other than that great location!

Ideal old city location, superb service and really friendly helpful staff, quiet, spacious room with great beds and amenities. Definitely would stay here again and recommend. Breakfast for $7 euro a person—all you can eat—was great. Simone makes the best coffee in Prague.

Prague visit
The hotel was lovely, and Anastasia was extremely sweet and helpful. She arranged for a driver to meet us at our train and settle us in the room. It was a very comfortable stay.

stinky smell from the wardrobe. weak shower head also took awhile to have hot water for shower the mattress was really bad, too soft too cause u back pain. only good thing is there is air conditioning in the room. and separate area of bedroom and wardrobe. also the smart TV

Good hotel in a Great Location
The hotel is in a great location of Prague. we were able to walk to all of the sights. The too we had was large for the 3 of us. The bed was too soft but the rest of the room was good. The room did have air conditioning. it was good that the hotel assisted with taxi to/from airport. We loved our stay at Dolce Vita and would stay there again.

A a great place to stay
Family trip, rented two suites. Great location, staff is wonderful and helpful, breakfast was good. Suite is comfortable with sofa and chair, room was cleaned daily and supplied with fresh towels. Very busy area but room was quiet, air conditioned.

Very close to the old town
Brilliant hotel, close to wvery thing you could want to see in Prague. Hotel room was lovely, it was clean and bigger then other rooms I’ve stayed at! Great staff who were very helpful with booking lifts and day excursions! Overall very happy with my stay would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location for Exploring Old Town
The hotel arranged a transfer from and to the airport which had to be paid in cash which we had not appreciated (thought I could pay by card) so that affected my budgeting. Aside from that our stay was excellent. Location - The room was only a few minutes walk from all the main attractions in Old Town and not too far to walk to the Castle. Comfort - The beds were great but we had t keep using the AC to cool the room down as the heat was set quite high and would not turn down. Amenities - We didn't really use the tea/coffee (only given 2 cups for 3 people but could have got more if we wanted) provided or pay for the breakfasts. We were able to borrow a plug adapter which we were not expecting, which was very helpful. Overall - We stayed for 2 nights and would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

Room Not Fit For Purpose
Terrible room (Room number 103b). The bathroom of this room is poorly designed with a water tank fixed literally above the toilet seat with yellow and black zig zags on the sharp edge to warn it is a hazard! Not at all romantic, despite having a spa bath. Effectively, it is dangerous and not fit for purpose. We complained to the hotel, who refused to even speak to us. The Manager is never available. We have sent photographic evidence to Expedia, who have taken up our case. The hotel has refused point blank to offer a refund after contact by Expedia. In my view, this room should not be offered to hotel clients. I cannot understand how this room could have been signed off from a health and safety perspective. It is certainly nothing like a four star hotel. Other rooms may be fine, but do not book the one with the spa bath unless you take extra insurance or have a very strong bladder! I hope the owners of the hotel read this review and do something about it. I am a very seasoned traveller, booking dozens of hotel rooms a year. This is the worst room I have ever been offered in a four star hotel.

Hello Dear Customer, i m the owner of hotel Dolce Vita Suite and is the first in 4 year that i read one review like this for suite 103b :) This is your opinion who is totally different from thousands others review :) no one in reception told me about this problem with you and i m sorry about. I really don't understand your disappoint because boiler is on the wc?Unfortunately the water pipe was in that position and i could not instal any where else, i agree is not beautiful, but the building is historic since 1300, so i could not make reconstruction as standard big hotel!This is a boutique in a historic building totally reconstructed in 2013.The bathroom has an amazing jacuzi bath and is so romantic (very easy to see on line how it looks.) I will suggest to my italian architect to contact you and work under your advice ahahahah ;) I invite to contact me with private message for talk about you refund :) best regards Lucio Mastandrea
