Excellent hotel with all basic facilities
The check in experience was fast. Location was good near the Palladium mall and many good restaurants. The view from our room balcony was excellent especially because we could see the New Years fireworks right from our room. The room was nice, cozy and perfect for couple travelers. We stayed one night without any complaints.

I was disappointed with the experience. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, leading to a poor night’s sleep. Additionally, the rooms did not match the online pictures and appeared quite old and outdated. It was also surprising to find that there was an extra charge of €5 for each pair of slippers. Overall, my stay was not as pleasant as expected.
