Pros: convenient, centrally located. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Cons: Showers would benefit from shower panels/curtains. Broken plug in the tub. Hotel has a feeling of an inn rather than a hotel (smells from downstairs restaurant unfortunately permeate throughout the property).

El hotel está en la mejor ubicación que puedas tener, Justo en el puente Carlos, la habitación es muy amplia para ser Europa y la persona que nos recibió el día que llegamos fue extremadamente detallista y amable con nosotros, la verdad lo súper recomiendo, el único pero es es horario del almuerzo que terminaba a las 10 comparado con los demás hoteles que era hasta las 11 pero en general excelente lugar para hospedarse con la familia o en pareja

Unpleasant stay, don’t recommend it.
This was definitely the worst stay I’ve had in all of Europe, we travel a lot, and usually book affordable but decent hotels, in this range. The room was so tiny, definitely not for someone coming with luggage, there’s literally no space for two people to open up suitcases, the bed takes up the whole room, this room is best for backpackers or weekenders with little stuff. The bathroom was tiny. There’s no elevator and the stairs are tiny and winding making luggage transport very difficult. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, and there was a stain on a bath towel that looked like blood. Location is good if you want to be at Charles bridge but you get All the noise from the bridge all night long. We stayed at the Archibald at theCharles bridge earlier in the week it was less expensive and way better, spacious rooms, view of the river, quiet comfortable and better breakfast.
