Apartment in Prague, next to the Prokopské Valley, up to 89 m² of living space and excellent transport links to the city centre. It boasts a unique view of a lush inner courtyard, a generous loggia, and a living room with floor‑to‑ceiling glazing flooded with natural light. Private parking on the ground floor, a small convenience shop and a popular pizzeria  in the building. Refined wooden finishes—flooring, kitchen cabinetry, and built‑in wardrobes—give the apartment its distinctive character.

Upon entering this exclusive apartment, you are greeted by a long, bright hallway featuring built-in wardrobes crafted from natural wood, offering ample storage space while accentuating the uniqueness of the interior. The apartment's wooden flooring complements the overall wood-inspired design, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere.

At the beginning of the hallway on the left, there is a separate toilet equipped with a sink. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find a brand-new kitchen, completed in 2025 and designed in a modern style, boasting solid oak countertops and premium appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and all other essentials needed for comfortable cooking and dining. On the way from the kitchen to the living room, there's a stylish dining table positioned beside a large window, offering exceptional views of the lush green courtyard.

The living room is spacious, airy, and features large glass surfaces providing stunning views into the green courtyard. Here you'll find an exceptionally large TV and all the amenities required for maximum comfort and entertainment. From the living room, you can access a generous loggia with comfortable seating, offering breathtaking views from the fifth floor—akin to a bird's-eye perspective.

At the end of the hallway, you'll find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, washing machine, dryer, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror, and all other necessary amenities.

At the end of the hallway on the left, there are two exceptionally spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, providing pleasant privacy and comfort. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed that offers two more comfortable sleeping places.

On the ground floor (garage), you have your own covered parking space. Right next to the building’s entrance, there is a grocery store for everyday shopping, and the popular Pizzeria Kaskáda with excellent Italian cuisine is located directly within the building.

Thanks to its unique design, recently completed renovation in 2025, and premium amenities, this apartment is the ideal choice for those seeking upscale accommodation with excellent accessibility to the center of Prague and proximity to nature.

The accommodation is reserved just for you – you'll enjoy full privacy during your stay. You’ll have access to both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, loggia, and hallway with built-in storage. A private covered parking space in the building’s garage is also available for your use.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you’ll find everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Just 400 meters away is Aquapark Barrandov, offering swimming pools, whirlpools, a sauna world, and a fully equipped fitness center.

For your shopping needs, there are four supermarkets nearby – including the largest Kaufland in the Czech Republic, as well as Albert, Billa, and Lidl, all within walking distance.

Directly across the street from the apartment is the popular Tom Cat Café, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon coffee. In the adjacent street, you’ll find the well-rated CIK CAK Restaurant, ideal for lunch or dinner.

About 200 meters from the apartment is the exclusive gourmet store Allzora, offering international delicacies and high-quality food from around the world.

Wine lovers will appreciate that there are three wine bars in the neighborhood, including one located directly in the building.

Only 1.2 km on foot from the apartment, at the entrance to the Prokop Valley Nature Reserve, is the local craft Prokopák Brewery, where you can enjoy local beer in a relaxed atmosphere.

Just 1.3 km away, you’ll also find the popular Plzeňská Restaurace Kamera, where you can play bowling, enjoy tank beer, and treat yourself to a great dinner in a friendly setting.

Public transport accessibility is excellent – the Náměstí Olgy Scheinpflugové tram stop is only 430 meters away, while the Pražská čtvrť bus stop is just 280 meters from the building.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the inner courtyards of the apartment complex, which include children’s playgrounds and relaxation zones suitable for families.
